We’ve no favourite platform and no preferred answer, and sometimes the right recommendation is to leave well alone.
Three things we do.
Endpoint & mobility.
We manage macOS, Windows, iOS and Android devices, and take on the jobs an organisation usually brings a contractor in for: a directory migration, say, or moving a whole fleet from one mobile device management (MDM) platform to another. Nobody thanks you for breaking a live fleet, so we test before anything goes near one.

We set up, secure and migrate Microsoft 365 and Azure. Most of the work is migration, and the measure of a good migration is that nobody notices it happened.

Web & app development.
We design and build web applications ourselves, start to finish. More of that now involves data platforms, and AI where there’s a genuine reason for it, which is less often than you’d think.

£750 per consultant-day
A day is 7.5 hours, billed in half-days. You’ll get an estimate before we start and, if the work changes, a revised one before we carry on, not after.
What it might cost.
Tick what you’re after; rough is fine. It’s worked out at £750 a day from the time we’d expect each piece to take, so treat it as a fair starting point rather than a quote.

Built to be inherited.
We’re based in Batheaston, just up the Avon from Bath. Everything we build, set up or migrate has to survive the handover, whether that’s to a new IT manager, another agency or a committee of volunteers.
So it has to work, and it has to be pleasant to use and easy to follow, finished even in the corners nobody was going to check, because whoever inherits it will. We use standard parts wherever a standard exists, test properly so the next person can make changes with confidence, and write everything down. Nothing lives only in one person’s head or depends on us to keep running, and nobody ends up on a platform that’s expensive to leave. When we finish, we hand all of it over: the code, the accounts, the keys, and the reasons we did it the way we did. If a job can’t be done like that, we’ll say so before we start.
